3 - How long does it take for my product to arrive?

A.: Our average delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, which can extend to up to 50 business days. *Due to Covid-19 and protective measures, the average deadline may be extended, as recent export and import protocols are being taken to ensure coherence and safety as recommended by the World Health Organization.

A.: We deliver throughout Brazil via Post Office with free shipping.

5 - What are the payment methods?

A.: We accept payments via bank slip and credit card. BOLETO payment can be made at any bank branch, online or at the nearest lottery outlet.

A: Installments are only accepted by Credit Card.

7 - Can I generate a second copy of the invoice?

A: Yes you can! Just keep an eye on your cell phone, if you haven't made the payment yet, we'll send you a link so you can generate a new invoice with an updated date. You can also contact us to request a new invoice.

12 - I bought more than one product in the same order but I only received part of them. This is normal? Will other products be delivered?

A: It can happen, but don't worry. This type of situation occurs in the case of different suppliers for the chosen products. If this happens, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders.
